Requirements and Next Steps:

Fill out the Breath of Life Volunteer Application.
Be in 9th-12 grade.
Have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Provide contact information for one person at your school. This can be a counselor, teacher, or person in charge of a club. They should be able to vouch that you are in good academic standing at your school.
Print, complete, and email the signed Youth Volunteer Parental Consent Form to admin@breathoflifefoundation.info.
Complete Breath of Life volunteer interview.
Complete orientation/training with Breath of Life.
Commit for a minimum of 3 months (or semester/quarter if you are a college/high school student).
